Documents for FSSAI Basic Registration
- Passport-size photograph of the applicant
- Photo ID proof — Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID
- Address proof for business premises
- Proof of business constitution (if applicable)
Documents for FSSAI State License
In addition to basic documents:
